Unique Way of Scavenging 

Roads of Delhi

That is the unique way of scavenging streets of Delhi. Scavenger would collect meticulously all garbage at one place. With this his or her job is over. Who would collect it and transport it to landfill site? It is, of course, the job of someone else. But, there is hardly any co-ordination between these two jobs. Thus the garbage collected on road remains on road-sides only and when the scavenger has left, wind plays with the garbage heap and strews it war and wide. The next day scavenger comes again.
