There is a way-out to make Delhi clean. Delhi government started a Bhagidaari Scheme in several sectors. The same with a different model should be tried out here. In this model in each loacality volunteers can be enrolled to monitor on line the cleaning schedule. The involvement of citizens be ensured only for monitoring and not for getting the work actually done. Vounteers can be trained with taking photographs and uploading them on the website. Can there be some other way to do it.
