City of Grbage That is Delhi 

Capital city Delhi has been rendered a city of garbage. What it would look like if street boys like 19 year Ali does not clean up a little bit every night before MCD truck comes to mechnically lift these bins and empty them. When every body goes to sleep this boy comes out and pick up papers, plastic and card board from the garbage bins. It takes him three hours to collect two bagfuls of paper and plastic etc. He sells them for Rs 80.00. For long he is doing this driven by his survival instincts. Is this the way Delhi has to manage its garbage? Everybody is talking of slow down and stimulus these days, no body thinks of creating dignified jobs for these boys.
